Feet often need extra cushioning and support to help the whole body feel better. Weight-bearing orthotic casting is available. Many different types of orthotics are offered. Prices are lower than normally charged and vary depending on the style.

3D Body View Scanner

The 3D Scanner is a cloud-based, laser scanner that can show you how the imbalances in feet directly relate to the imbalances of the body. Fast and easy scanning process and custom, guaranteed orthotics will arrive in a week!

Health Coach

After an initial conversation with a client that will be 60-90 minutes long, we will work together to get them where you want to go.

After the initial session, a client can have one coaching session or a series of sessions.

Each session will be 60 minutes long.

Things that a certified health coach does is

1. Answer your questions about diet, health, and exercise with science-based facts

2. Help you understand concepts like drinking enough water, safe exercising, meditation, and superfoods

3. Go through and set up your pantry

4. Teach you ways to prevent falling

5. Show exercises and how to make them work for you

6. Go grocery shopping with you to show how to get better products and sales

7. Look over menus so you are eating what is best for you

8. Have references for health care, the best location for certain products, types of exercise tools to have, and different types of therapists
